Here is a brand new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited with the JK-8 conversion kit and it carries the full factory 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty and the 5/100 warranty on the powertrain . 

This Jeep was ordered in the new Dozer color with the black interior.  This dealership also added remote start, heated seats, automatic temperature controls, automatic transmission, and the connectivity group (remote USB port, electronic vehicle information center and Uconnect hands free phone).  This Jeep has the new, 285 hp 3.6L V-6 pentastar engine and it can be flat towed.

The vehicle is being sold through Brickner's Park City in Merrill, WI, a fully licensed Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and Chrysler dealer.  The conversion kit was professionally installed by the Dealerships Body Shop.
